El Concejo Deliberante aprobó un incremento en el boleto del transporte público, que será del 37% en lugar del 48% propuesto originalmente por el Ejecutivo. Este ajuste se implementará en dos etapas: la primera en noviembre y la segunda en diciembre.
La iniciativa fue respaldada por seis votos del oficialismo, tres en contra y dos abstenciones. El aumento total se calculará tomando el valor actual y el precio final que entrará en vigor el 1 de diciembre.
Según lo aprobado, el boleto urbano de Patagonia Argentina, que actualmente cuesta $814,09, pasará a $964,13 desde el 1 de noviembre. Esto representa un primer aumento del 18,4%. Por su parte, el boleto suburbano de la misma empresa , que hoy tiene un costo de $853,62, se elevará a $1.010,94 en noviembre, también con un incremento del 18,4%.
En cuanto al Transporte Diadema, su tarifa actual de $967,34 se incrementará a $1.145,62 desde noviembre, completando igualmente un aumento del 18,4% .
En el segundo tramo, que comenzará a regir el 1 de diciembre según la ordenanza aprobada, los precios finales serán: boleto urbano a $1.114,30; boleto suburbano a $1.168,24; y Transporte Diadema a $1.323,88.
En todos los casos, el aumento total alcanzará un 37% desde los valores actuales hasta los precios finales previstos para diciembre. Aunque los concejales oficialistas sumaron linealmente los dos porcentajes de aumento y afirmaron que el total es del 34%, la comparación entre el precio actual y el que se aplicará en diciembre revela un incremento real de tres puntos por encima de esa cifra.
